  • 15 KVA generator backs up all lights and fans during a power outage; a 1 KVA inverter covers 1 light and 1 fan per room for up to 3 hours.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi and fair mobile network coverage throughout the property, subject to availability.
  • Non-vegetarian food is welcome — please share meal preferences at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests do not have direct access to the villa kitchen.
  • CCTV covers common and external areas; an in-room safe and security alarms are provided for peace of mind.
  • Entry & exit hours are 8:00 PM to 5:30 AM — please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

  • Guests below 18 years of age are not permitted without a parent. Passport, Aadhar, Driving License or a Govt. ID is required at check-in.
  • Pets are not allowed and none live on the property. Smoking within the premises is not permitted.

  • Our caretaker greets you and assists with check-in; keys are collected and deposited through on-site staff. Outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
